Customer Service Associates- Full and Part Time. Customer Service Associates speak with customers and outside sales representatives by phone regarding new claim calls, customer payments, client supply orders, product questions, telephone applications, renewal inquires and other general warranty inquiries. Authorization Associates 1- Full Time. Authorization Associates interview vendors to obtain an accurate understanding of the type, cause and nature of the failure and whether or not it qualifies for coverage per the terms of the warranty contract. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office software, the ability to use the internet effectively and typing skills of 35 WPM.
